The beginning of the journey
Today I made the commitment to myself and my health to begin a new journey to better health
Breakfast: banana, strawberries, blueberries, flaxseed, coffee with almond milk
Lunch: salad-spinich, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, chick peas, walnuts, onion powder, water with lemons
Snack: mango & blueberries, water with lemons
